Brand Management

Talk to workers at strongly branded companies like Tiffany’s or Apple Computers and they will sound almost like evangelists—preaching well established brand values. They see themselves as part of a sophisticated corporate family.

At TMD, Brand Management is about creating a functional manual to help staff understand and communicate the core values and key features of your company; to get excited about its message, while keeping its sanctity protected.

We call this manual The Brand Bible. It provides specific instructions for the consistent use of all materials related to your brand story (logos, fonts, colors, photos, signatures, tag lines, media protocols, sales Q & A, etc). Presented in an easy to understand format, the manual encourages employees, at all levels, to take pride in their company and the brand.

In addition, the bible contains an archive of original photography and marketing copy that the company can use in various publishing applications. This flexible story archive serves as a guide for future media and marketing projects.

A strong brand has to do with every aspect of a company’s relationship with its customers. Since this is true, then developing and using a brand must be a companywide endeavor.
